About Me
I have a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts. I have had extensive experience and training in evidence-based treatments including psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I have provided these interventions and treatments to children, adults, couples, and pregnant and postpartum women across several settings including McLean Hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance, Hope Ave Therapy, and Human Relations Service (HRS). My work in this area is also informed by my training as a birth doula, which deepens my understanding of the emotional and physical experiences surrounding the perinatal journey. I am also part-time faculty in the Psychology and Neuroscience Department at Boston College, where I teach undergraduate students in areas related to attachment, development, and clinical practice.
